About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our building mechanicals team, you will be responsible for leading institutional projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead institutional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Act as a technical reference, providing expertise and guidance to team members and clients
  • Coordinate team members' work and ensure collaboration with other internal disciplines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, assessing project progress and addressing technical and budgetary requests
  • Monitor contracts, including budgets, and draft amendments as needed
  • Ensure human resources management, including hiring, performance evaluations, and salary reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 20 years of professional experience
  • Portfolio of diversified institutional building projects, primarily schools and hospitals
  • Experience in consulting engineering, private, public, or semi-public building sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and excellent budget monitoring skills
  • Proven project management abilities and strong technical credibility
