Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tramm Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, ensuring that all new staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial aspects of the food service department are managed effectively.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all financial and operational aspects of the food service department are properly managed.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the performance of the food service department.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
