Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tramm Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training new employees and maintaining records of stock, repairs, and sales.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
