Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0832282 B.C. Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and available in a timely manner.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, ensuring that all new staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and available for analysis.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and available for analysis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
