  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and available in a timely manner.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, ensuring that all new staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and available for analysis.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
