Job Summary

Bird Construction Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
