Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Officer

Active homes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As an Occupational Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and report on workplace accidents and illnesses
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols
  • Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate safety risks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
  • Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
