The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conflict Lawyer to join our team. You will work on complex conflicts of interest issues, often involving high-profile clients and deals. Your role will span the globe, collaborating with our overseas offices in Europe, the US, Australia, and other regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop search strategies to identify potential conflicts and confidential information issues arising from various matters, clients, and lateral partner hires across multiple practice areas.
  • Advise on strategic sector and client interests in commercial conflicts.
  • Draft and review conflicts-related language for client engagement letters and terms, providing related advice on potential conflicts issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably with an international business law firm or a large national law firm. You must also support the Firm's values, contributing to an environment of equal opportunities and diversity.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
