About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Papa Johns. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and operational staff.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business development projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
