About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Papa Johns. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance.

Policy Development and Implementation

Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and drive business growth.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Operational Excellence

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible work schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
