Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize business returns.

Policy and Procedure Development

Establish and maintain policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or management.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a business development or commercial role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week.
