Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Castle Home Group.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site at various locations. You will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and comfort, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote socialization and physical well-being.
- Perform other duties related to patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Serve meal trays and feed patients, maintaining their nutritional needs.
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients safely and efficiently.
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines to promote physical activity and mobility.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
- Valid driver's license with a valid driver's validity licence check.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and understanding when dealing with patients.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
