We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Attendant to join our team at Pro Health Care Services Inc. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus relocation costs covered by the employer. Key Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and provide assistance as needed;
- Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling medical equipment;
- Perform various duties related to patient care and comfort, including taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse readings;
- Serve meal trays and feed patients;
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care;
- Maintain patients' rooms in a clean and organized manner;
- Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance and support;
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary materials are readily available;
- Bathe, dress, and groom patients with dignity and respect;
- Transport patients safely and efficiently using wheelchairs or stretchers;
- Respond promptly to call signals and determine patients' needs;
- Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary.
- High school graduation certificate;
- CPR Certificate; and
- FIRST Aid Certificate.
