Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced nail salon manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, controlling budgets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Policy and Procedure: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
