Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECE Assistant to join our team. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our educators and providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Responsibilities
  • Education Support: Assist educators in planning and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Childcare Support: Provide support with daily childcare activities, including mealtime, naptime, and outdoor play.
  • Screening Questions:
    • Are you available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings?
    • Are you legally entitled to work in Canada?
    • Do you reside in proximity to our location?
    • Do you have previous experience in childcare or education?
    • What is the highest level of education you have completed?
    • What is your current field of study?
    • What is your current level of education?
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or education.
  • Other Benefits:
    • On-site daycare available.
    • Permanent employment opportunity.
    • Language of work: English or French.
    • Hours of work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience in childcare or education.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Reside in proximity to our location.
