Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide nurturing care, including bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of our children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
  • Lead activities that stimulate learning and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to parents or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a French-speaking environment.
  • 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
