ECE Assistant

Garderie Jasmine et Aladin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ECE Assistant to join our team. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and care of our children, ensuring their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities- Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide nurturing care, including bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers.
- Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of our children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Lead activities that stimulate learning and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
- Support children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to parents or supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
- Ability to work in a French-speaking environment.
- 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
