Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Prodigy Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide administrative support to staff
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to travel occasionally.
