Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement information security management systems to protect client data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead policy development and implementation across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion while maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, ensuring the organization remains ahead of the curve in terms of security posture
- 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry
- ~5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations
- ~ Experience in information security management
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in English
- Able to lead policy development and implementation across the organization
- Additional Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA)
