Catering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager at JCs Banquet & Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent team performance.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and ability to multitask.
