Catering Supervisor Job Description

Mos Mos Coffee is seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food in our coffee shop and fast food outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in food preparation and portioning
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Client focus and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

Our coffee shop and fast food outlet operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week in a team-oriented setting.
