Catering Supervisor Role at Mos Mos Coffee
We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team at Mos Mos Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
