We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Associate.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position located in Guelph, ON. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals, identify opportunities, and close deals.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain).
