Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hope Taxi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Work Environment
40 hours per week, permanent position
