About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
