We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Axiom-FrontLine Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, correspondence, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in English. The working hours will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
