The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our institution. You will work closely with our admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students
  • Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders
  • Represent the college at recruitment events, such as high school visits, fairs, and trade shows
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and other stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including brand awareness, lead collection and nurturing, and conversion to enrolment
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in a post-secondary environment, with a preference for recruitment or admissions
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in recruitment, selection, and performance management
  • Experience with budget management, recruitment metrics, and data analysis
  • Ability to execute a strategic plan, and to assess and analyze achievement of results
