We work closely with industry to advance and adapt our programming to ensure our graduates have the skills to succeed.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body. This includes external promotion, relationship management, and internal outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including high school visits, college and career fairs, and presentations
- Manage the recruitment life cycle, including brand awareness, lead collection and nurturing, and conversion to enrollment
- Track and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Support inquiry management communication and processes
- Assist with campus tours and presentations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience in a post-secondary environment, with a preference for recruitment or admissions
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in recruitment, selection, and performance management
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support recommendations for change
- Experience with budget management, recruitment metrics, and data analysis preferred
