Job Summary

Fatima Textiles Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, and reliability.
