Angus Consulting Management Limited is seeking a highly experienced Director, Project Management to lead our project delivery team in Toronto, ON.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe delivery of projects through effective risk management and leadership.
- Recruit and retain top talent for project delivery and future growth.
- Identify and specify project opportunities to drive business growth.
- Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maximize profit through cost reductions and strategic subcontractor management.
- Develop and manage project pipelines to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Liaise with colleagues to identify and pursue project opportunities.
- Develop and manage bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new projects.
- Seek out innovative opportunities to generate new projects and drive business growth.
- Deliver supportive business communication through leadership and collaboration.
- Contribute to business unit strategy development and ensure compliance with governance.
- Recognized technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar.
- Degree-level qualification in Project/Construction Management, engineering, or architecture.
- Experience in creating, presenting, and managing bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Ability to travel and participate in training and business review.
- Accountability to the Business Unit Leader and Divisional Project Director.
