Energy Storage Contract Negotiator

Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, based on industry standards and the Toronto location.
Job Description- Negotiate and manage revenue agreements, real estate agreements, and partnership agreements as part of the commercial and business development team.
- Support the commercial and business development team with market strategy, economic analysis, and responding to key procurements.
- Review and negotiate revenue agreements alongside the Origination team and establish guidelines for various contract types.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, finance, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the energy or related industries.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex risks to stakeholders.
- Ability to create and implement scalable processes for contract management and drive accountability across teams.
