Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at SN Alberta Inc. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain attention to detail is essential.
