Dental Associate Position

We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our team at Seawall Dental in West Vancouver, BC. As a part-time Associate Dentist, you will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, able to clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. Our modern, boutique clinic is designed for patient comfort, and our mission is to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We offer a high-producing dental practice with high earning potential, a part-time position, permanent employment, and state-of-the-art technologies including iTero and CBCT/PAN scanner. You will also have the opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices, receive mentorship and training for new graduates, and work with experienced dental professionals who provide leadership and mentorship.
As an Associate Dentist, you will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience). The schedule is 16-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase the days per week. We are open to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada, but new graduates are also welcome with mentorship provided.
