Compensation: We offer a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience). Our Associates enjoy high earning potential in a high-producing dental practice.
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care, ensuring our patients have a positive experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in helping patients feel at ease, can clearly communicate with patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school or university program. Registration with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCDA) is also required. Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided.
