Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Black & McDonald
Black & McDonald's Southern Ontario team is expanding, and we're seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our innovative team. The Administrative Assistant position is based in a dynamic environment and reports to the Subcontract Manager. Primary responsibilities include assisting in subcontract management under the supervision of the Subcontracts Team. A full-time position is available, offering opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue subcontract purchase orders in the ERP system
- Support subcontractor prequalification processes
- Manage contract documentation
- Update Insurance Certificates
- Provide administrative assistance to lawyers

Requirements:
- French bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Quick learner and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
