Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Black & McDonald

Black & McDonald's Southern Ontario team is expanding, and we're seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our innovative team. The Administrative Assistant position is based in a dynamic environment and reports to the Subcontract Manager. Primary responsibilities include assisting in subcontract management under the supervision of the Subcontracts Team. A full-time position is available, offering opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue subcontract purchase orders in the ERP system
  • Support subcontractor prequalification processes
  • Manage contract documentation
  • Update Insurance Certificates
  • Provide administrative assistance to lawyers

Requirements:

  • French bilingual proficiency is preferred
  • Quick learner and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
