As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas. Your primary duties will include establishing efficient work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports. Additionally, you will establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with flexibility, dependability, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
