Job Summary:

The Senior Information Security Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures to protect Martinrea International's environment. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement in security posture in collaboration with other security team members and business units.

The Senior Specialist will act as lead on security-related projects and technologies, ensuring the effective implementation and management of security tools to enhance information security at Martinrea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and participate in on-call rotation
  • Manage projects with tight deadlines
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threat intelligence, cryptography, and networking protocols
  • Collaborate with security operations to ensure compliance requirements are met

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • ~5+ years of experience in support of a large-scale, mission-critical enterprise security infrastructure
  • ~3+ years of experience with security tools and technology (SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, DLP, Network Security, and others)
  • Extensive work experience in the field of information/software security
