The Senior Information Security Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures to protect Martinrea International's environment. This role will involve collaborating with other security team members and business units to identify opportunities for improvement in security posture. The Senior Specialist will also act as lead on security-related projects and technologies, ensuring the effective implementation and management of security tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement security measures to protect Martinrea International's environment
- Collaborate with other security team members and business units to identify opportunities for improvement in security posture
- Act as lead on security-related projects and technologies
- Ensure the effective implementation and management of security tools
- Provide daily support and on-call rotation
- BS Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of working experience in support of a large-scale, mission-critical enterprise security infrastructure
- Hands on experience in Endpoint Security tools (Such as CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Rapid7)
- 3+ years of working experience with security tools and technology (SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, DLP, Network Security, and others)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with vulnerability scanner tools (such as CrowdStrike, Rapid7 MVM, Qualys, and Nessus)
- Deep knowledge and experience with phishing simulation tools such as KnowBe4 and ProofPoint
- Experience with MS O365, Azure security, MFA, CyberArk, and MDM is required
- Deep knowledge and experience with Email Security
- In-depth understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence concepts
- Knowledge and understanding of up-to-date security threats and common vulnerabilities and exploits, malware, attack paths, threat actor groups, etc.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on core IT and security, infrastructure, AD, DNS, DHCP, NGFW, IPS, IDS and SIEM
- Knowledge of security industry standards and certification frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI, HIPPA, etc.
- Preferred to have: CISSP
Office (WFH policy is available)
Physical Demands:- Constant communication with employees, peers, and management
- Overtime as required
Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company and plant rules, policies and procedures
Must use or wear Personal Protective Equipment and certain clothing as required by the Company
