Senior Client Service Associate

Manulife is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key support role for our senior members of the team of wealth advisors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including non-financial account updates, navigation of secure sites, and completion of paperwork as requested by the Advisor.
  • Facilitate form completion by prepopulating paperwork as instructed by the Advisor and submitting it to the client via various tools.
  • Apply legislative, product, and administrative processes knowledge when working with clients on non-license related requests.
  • Build, collect, and request reports related to client portfolio management from various sources.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing financial role.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consistent track record of multi-tasking, showing initiative, and anticipating needs in a proactive manner.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational gaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and investment management.
