Seeking experienced professional to provide investor transaction processing, capital activity tracking, and client reporting services in a dynamic team environment.

Reporting to the Vice President – Investor Services, the Senior Associate will be an integral part of the team's success. This role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and skills base to enjoy a career in Investor Services in the Funds industry.
- Process investor transaction documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements.
- Maintain capital activity tracking report and distribute report to clients on a periodic basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely system output and delivery of client/investor reporting.
- Complete and maintain AML requirements for all investor transactions.
- Provide money movement notification to clients and prepare wire instructions for money movement.
- Serve as daily client operational contact for investor servicing and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Query, problem and error resolution on a timely basis.
- Develop knowledge of performance calculations.
- Maintain good working relationships with external clients and internal relationship managers.
- Adhere to established departmental procedures and controls.
- Work on projects/ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Demonstrate team player qualities within Investor Services.
- Contact investors with outstanding AML/Tax requirements.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- A minimum of 3 years in an Investor Services role in a Hedge Fund Administrator.
- Experience of HWM Mantra would be an advantage.
A university degree in Business (preferably specialising in accountancy or another financial-related discipline) is required.
