Senior Associate - Investor Services

Waystone Governance Ltd. is a leading provider of specialist services for the asset management industry. We partner with institutional investors, investment funds, and asset managers to build, support, and protect investment structures and strategies worldwide.

As a Senior Associate in our Investor Services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing investor transaction documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements
  • Maintaining capital activity tracking reports and distributing them to clients on a periodic basis
  • Ensuring accurate and timely system output and delivery of client/investor reporting
  • Completing and maintaining AML requirements for all investor transactions
  • Providing money movement notifications to clients and preparing wire instructions for money movement
  • Serving as the daily client operational contact for investor servicing and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Querying, problem-solving, and error resolution on a timely basis
  • Developing knowledge of performance calculations (equalization and series of shares)
  • Maintaining good working relationships with external clients, internal relationship managers, and other business units within Waystone Governance Ltd.
  • Strictly adhering to established departmental procedures and controls
  • Working on projects/ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Investor Services role in a Hedge Fund Administrator
  • Experience with HWM Mantra would be an advantage
  • A university degree (B.A./B.Sc./M.B.A.) in Business (preferably specializing in accountancy or another financial-related discipline)
