We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and develop recommendations for care
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in nursing required
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) required
  • Minimum one year of experience in surgical nursing required
  • Experience in endoscopy, cystoscopy, minor locals, and ECT preferred
  • Satisfactory employment record required
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $108,000 per year, based on experience. This includes:

  • $40.616 - $46.389 per hour
  • Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate
