Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene.
- 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, finances, and customer service.
