Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead our Command Center product team and drive the development and delivery of exceptional Public Safety solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This high-visibility, high-impact role will play a pivotal part in shaping our product strategy, vision, and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to maximize market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the product line strategy, including priorities, roadmaps, and pricing frameworks that align with our overall business goals. Lead a team of product managers, technical product managers, and product marketing managers, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and market needs.
  • Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand opportunities, threats, customer needs, and potential growth areas. Regularly update leadership on market shifts and implications for the product line.
  • Revenue Growth and Metrics: Drive revenue growth through market-led strategy. Own the financial targets for the product line, focusing on revenue, market share, and profitability. Set pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profitability, working closely with Finance and Sales to optimize pricing and packaging.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize team performance, ensuring the team has the resources, frameworks, and insights needed to succeed. Foster a culture of collaboration, building strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution of the product strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years' experience in product management with a proven record in driving annual revenue growth. 5+ years' leadership experience with a proven track record of success within the technology industry, preferably in the field of network security, cloud computing, or SASE.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Masters/Advanced degree in similar disciplines preferred.
