We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at National Bank. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of digital products, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and success.

As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for acting as an active member of our Digital team, working closely with the Digital Experience Manager to ensure the success of your product theme. You will have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your leadership, outstanding organization, and experience in project delivery in an Agile context.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a product owner in Agile mode in complex projects transposed into technical functionalities within the Digital Studio.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Digital Experience Officer to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
  • Building, managing, and prioritizing the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.
  • Ensuring that technical teams understand the acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
  • Managing projects in a multidisciplinary team while keeping the focus on customer value and the contribution to the Bank, both in terms of business and technology.
  • Making continuous improvements to optimize products and meet current and future needs.

In this role, you will be part of a large team of about ten colleagues and report to the Senior Director, responsible for digital product owners. Our team stands out for its commitment to deploying easy-to-use solutions, adapted to the needs of our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Role-relevant training and between 3 and 5 years as a Product Owner.
  • Backlog management skills and prioritization based on value.
  • Knowledge of digital products (web and mobile) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as the Agile methodology.
  • Experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in the banking field and/or investment product, financing.
