We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a pharmacist at Safeway, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, managing medication therapies, and promoting healthy lifestyles. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical services, including medication therapy management, health risk assessments, and disease state management.
  2. Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Conduct medication reviews and provide education to patients and caregivers.
  4. Maintain accurate and complete records of patient interactions and medication dispensing.
  5. Promote healthy lifestyles and wellness programs to patients and community members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the province of Alberta.
  • Injection and first aid certification.
  • Kroll software experience preferred.
