Job Description

As a Licensed/Registered Practical Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will work to meet the diverse needs of our clients by providing a wide range of nursing services in their own home. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships and delivering high-quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Providing client care by using skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, and counseling.
  • Performing routine and specialized nursing duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the provincial licensing body as an RN level nurse who has graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening) and negative TB test.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
