Job Summary:

Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate refrigeration and air conditioning systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending modifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.

Work Environment:

  • Transportation.

Tasks:

  • Prepare production and other reports.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
