Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with business operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
