Data Analyst Role
At Data Privacy, we're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to our Commercial Lines Data Monitoring and Implementation team. This position involves leveraging data to drive business performance, improve decision-making, and inform strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize data performance and scalability by designing data extraction, validation, and analysis processes using complex queries and algorithms.
- Analyze and interpret data to support data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain data models and structures aligned with data architecture standards.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows for automated data processing and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business intelligence solutions and drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R, with experience in business analytics and data visualization.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Denodo.
- Knowledge of the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
